This page should answer any general questions about the shipping and delivery of our products. Generally speaking, group orders usually ship quicker then individual orders. Shipping Policies

Most orders are shipped via UPS. UPS will only deliver to a physical address and not to a PO Box. We can ship to campus boxes, however. All orders being shipped outside the continental U.S. will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

Please keep in mind that the shipping times stated below are based on the date your order goes into production, not the date you place your order. We will attempt to contact you if the item(s) you ordered are on backorder. Please also allow 1-5 days for UPS ground shipping.

At Greek 101, everything we make is customized. Our main goal is to get your order made right the first time. For that reason, we will not send your order into production if we do not have all of your information. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you. Your order will not go into production until you respond to us. We would rather send your order out a day or two later, than send you something you will not be happy with.

Our products ship out from different factories around the country and therefore, you may receive several different shipments. An order will usually not ship out from one of our factories until all the items from that factory are ready to ship with the exception of clothing.

Our shipping service includes, but is not limited to, packaging, shipping and handling. Our shipping/handling charges for individual orders are $7.95 for the first item ordered and 75 cents for each additional item. GROUP ORDERS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS ON SHIPPING! During the holiday season and certain other times, the production times listed below may increase due to the volume of orders we receive. We always recommend that you allow extra time for your order to arrive if you need to have your order in your hands by a certain date. If you have questions regarding a rush order please call 888-GREEK-50.

Aside from branded paddles, no RUSH orders can be placed online. To place a RUSH order for something other than a branded paddle, you MUST call in your order to 888-GREEK-50.

Greek101 will assume no responsibility for delays resulting from the negligence of the carrier (primarily UPS), strikes, weather conditions, power failures or other acts of nature. UPS will attempt to deliver a package(s) for three consecutive business days. If no response is received, your package will be sent back to us and you will be charged to re-ship your order.

Never refuse your shipment. If there is a problem with your order, all packaging and boxes must be saved for inspection and possible return shipping. Please contact your customer service representative as soon as possible. All claims MUST be reported to Greek101 and UPS within 72 hours of receipt.

Post Office Boxes

Any order that has a ship to address of a P.O. Box and a # will be shipped out using the United States Postal Service(USPS). Any campus box address that does not have an actual street address accompanying it, will also be shipped out via USPS. Any order shipping out from the United States Postal Service, cannot be tracked and we cannot guarantee an expected date or time of delivery. You will not be receiving an email with a tracking number as these shipments cannot be tracked. Greek101 is NOT responsible for any order shipped out using the United States Postal Service as these orders cannot be insured. We encourage all our customers to ship to a physical address so that we can insure and track your package.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

Any package shipped to a military address is handled by the government. Packages sent to these types of addresses will be unable to be tracked or insured. We cannot tell you when the package is scheduled to be delivered or how long it may take. Shipping to a military address results in the customer taking full responsibility of that package once it is shipped from our store. Greek101 is not responsible for lost, missing, delayed or damaged packages shipped to a military address. Greek101 encourages our customers who are serving our country, to have their packages sent to a personal address or to a family member.

Re-routing Packages:

If you entered your shipping address incorrectly or if it is incomplete in any way (missing apartment number, dorm number, room number, mailbox number, etc.), there is a $10.00 UPS package intercept fee which you must pay to have your package re-routed to the correct address.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Clothing

Sweatshirts, t-shirts, jackets, hats and standard forms of apparel with sewn on, embroidered or rhinestone lettering typically ship out within 3 weeks.

Jerseys and other specialty items typically ship out within 4 weeks.

If you are ordering a product with two types of lettering (i.e. sewn-on letters AND embroidery), your order will take approximately an extra week to produce.

Screen printing: For best results we ask that you plan ahead to allow our creative and production teams the most amount of time possible to make your order. One to two weeks is the standard production time for custom screen printed designs. In a jam RUSH service may be available for delivery in as little as two days, however additional fees will apply. You must call to place all screen printing orders.

Jewelry

10K gold officer dangles and sorority symbols are typically delivered within two weeks.

Sterling silver and 14K gold officer dangles and sorority symbols ship out within 3 weeks.

Sterling silver and 10K gold lavalieres for large national organizations also usually arrive in two weeks.

Sterling silver and 10K gold lavalieres for smaller national/local groups as well as 14K gold lavalieres for ALL groups typically ship out within 3 weeks.

Other types of lavalieres (i.e. diagonal lavalieres, lavalieres with a synthetic stone, etc.) also ship out within 3 weeks.

All chapter guards usually arrive in three weeks.

Adjustable symbol and letter rings will typically arrive within two weeks.

Fraternity rings and other sorority rings are custom-made and usually arrive within 4 weeks.

Tiffany style bracelets and Tiffany style necklaces usually ship out within two weeks.

Paddles and Paddle Accessories

Under normal production, branded paddles typically ship to you within 3 weeks. To get faster delivery, you MUST rush your order. RUSH service will get your paddle(s) to you in 15 business days or less.

Blank paddles and paddle accessories usually ship within one week.

Gift Items & Paraphernalia

Afghan throw blankets usually ship out within a week of purchase.

Banners typically ship out within 3 weeks.

Gavels and other engraveable paraphernalia typically arrive within two weeks but because they are custom-made they can take longer to arrive.

Stickers for large national organizations are usually in stock for immediate shipping. Smaller national groups and local organizations should allow approximately three weeks for their stickers to arrive.

Most other paraphernalia is typically in stock and usually ships out within a week of purchase.
