Can your designs be changed? Am I limited to the designs in your catalog and on your website?Our designs can be changed to fit your needs. You can change the ink color(s), slogan, picture, etc. Designs can be printed on the front or back of most garments. Other print locations are also available depending on the design and garment used. You are not limited to our designs. For information about submitting your own artwork or having us create something new for you please visit www.greek101.com or contact a sales representative at 888-473-3550. Will I be able to see my design before you make the shirts?Yes! Artwork for all screen printing orders (clothing, glassware or cups) will be posted on the Greek 101 website for your approval. You or someone from your fraternity, sorority or organization must approve your artwork before we can make and ship your order. Why can't I place certain orders online (i.e. Screen printing, glassware)?Certain types of orders are very complex and therefore, cannot be placed online. Please contact us at 888-473-3550 to place your order by phone. What kind of stuff can I buy at Greek 101? Do you have any other products?In a word, EVERYTHING! We carry everything for your fraternity or sorority including clothing, paddles, jewelry, glassware, cups, etc. One of the benefits of ordering from Greek 101 is that you can get everything you want in one place. Check out our product index to see a list of the greek products we currently carry. If you do not see what you are looking for on our site or in our catalog, please call us at 888-473-3550 or e-mail us. If the product exists, there is a good chance we can get it for you. What kind of clothing do you use?We use 100% cotton heavyweight t-shirts unless you request otherwise. If you want a specific brand of t-shirt, let us know and we can get it for your fraternity or sorority. You can upgrade to a Champion t-shirt for only $1 more on screen printing orders (subject to color availability). Ask your sales representative for more details. Most other clothing is also 100% cotton, but some garments (hats, jackets, etc.) are made of different materials. How much is shipping? It doesn't say.The shipping/handling charges for individual orders is $7.95 for the first item ordered and 75 cents for each additional item. You will receive a substantial discount on shipping for group orders. Please call 888-GREEK-50 for more information and group order pricing. What are your hours?We are open from Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST (holiday and summer hours vary). If you call during those hours and you cannot get through to us then all lines are probably busy. Please try again in a couple of minutes. Why was my credit card charged/check cashed even though I haven't received my order yet?At Greek 101, everything we produce is custom-made based on the instructions of you, your fraternity, sorority or organization. As a result, we cannot begin production until we receive a financial commitment from our customers. Therefore, all payment is processed immediately so we can begin work on your order.
